About Nicole (aka Nikki)
Nicole began her journey in the fitness industry at the age of 16, when she persuaded her mom to join her at Elaine Powers, one of the first women-only gyms in the Detroit area. Since then, her dedication to health and wellness has only grown, and she has never looked back.
Nicole’s passion for exercise, nutrition, and overall well-being is unmistakable. When asked how she manages to fit fitness into her busy life, her answer is simple: "Wellness is a lifestyle. We have two choices—either we integrate it into our lives, or we don't, and we live with the consequences of that decision."
With over a decade of experience as a certified Stott Pilates Instructor, a Barre Intensity Instructor, a Licensed Massage Therapist, and a Precision Nutrition Coach, Nicole is a multifaceted wellness professional. She brings over 10 years of expertise as a Pilates instructor and 12 years as a Licensed Massage Therapist, providing clients with a well-rounded approach to achieving their fitness goals.
Specializing in Mat, Reformer, Chair, Cadillac/Barrel, Spring Wall Pilates, and Strength and Cardio Training, Nicole blends a deep understanding of anatomy with a genuine passion for movement. Her personalized guidance helps clients build strength, enhance flexibility, and foster a lasting mind-body connection.

One-to-one Appointments
A one-to-one customized personal training program offers a personalized fitness plan designed to meet your unique goals, preferences, and needs. Your trainer will create tailored workouts, provide ongoing support, and track your progress to ensure you achieve the best results. This program adapts to your evolving fitness level, helping you stay motivated and continuously challenged. Sessions can range from 30-60 min, clients prefrence.
