Phit Physique Power Pilates is an online-only fitness studio designed to empower individuals of all fitness levels—right from the comfort of home. We specialize in a results-driven fusion of Pilates and strength training using the Pilates reformer, resistance bands, and weights, delivered through personalized 1:1, duet, and trio sessions.
Our training focuses on building deep core strength, lean muscle, balance, flexibility, and mobility while also helping clients reduce pain, improve posture, and move with greater ease and confidence. We are especially passionate about supporting women in the pre-, peri-, and post-menopausal stages of life, tailoring workouts to address hormonal changes, joint health, bone density, and overall vitality.
Phit Physique is led by a mother–daughter team, ages 59 and 29, bringing a unique, multi-generational perspective to movement, strength, and longevity. This allows us to authentically support women through every stage of life—from building a strong foundation to maintaining mobility, resilience, and independence as we age.

About Nicole (aka Nikki)
Nicole began her journey in the fitness industry at the age of 16, when she persuaded her mom to join her at Elaine Powers, one of the first women-only gyms in the Detroit area. Since then, her dedication to health and wellness has only grown, and she has never looked back.
Nicole’s passion for exercise, nutrition, and overall well-being is unmistakable. When asked how she manages to fit fitness into her busy life, her answer is simple: "Wellness is a lifestyle. We have two choices—either we integrate it into our lives, or we don't, and we live with the consequences of that decision."
With over a decade of experience as a certified Stott Pilates Instructor, a Barre Intensity Instructor, a Licensed Massage Therapist, and a Precision Nutrition Coach, Nicole is a multifaceted wellness professional. She brings over 10 years of expertise as a Pilates instructor and 12 years as a Licensed Massage Therapist, providing clients with a well-rounded approach to achieving their fitness goals.
Specializing in Mat, Reformer, Chair, Cadillac/Barrel, Spring Wall Pilates, and Strength and Cardio Training, Nicole blends a deep understanding of anatomy with a genuine passion for movement. Her personalized guidance helps clients build strength, enhance flexibility, and foster a lasting mind-body connection.
About Gabrielle. . .
About Gabrielle (aka Brie)
Brie is a passionate movement enthusiast on the path to becoming a certified Pilates instructor. Her journey began in 2011 when she turned to Pilates as part of her physical therapy after a dance injury. What started as rehab quickly became a lifelong love of movement, leading her to explore a variety of fitness modalities—including dance-based cardio, barre, strength training, running, cycling, and both mat and reformer Pilates.
A 2018 graduate of Oakland University, Brie blends her academic background with her deep appreciation for mindful, functional movement. She’s especially drawn to the challenge and creativity of reformer flows and believes that the right playlist can elevate any workout.
Brie is excited to inspire and support her future students, helping them build strength, confidence, and control as they progress through their Pilates practice.
