A more personal way to train

Your body is changing. Your training can change with it.

Perimenopause and menopause can make familiar routines feel less dependable. Energy can shift. Recovery may look different. Strength, balance, mobility, and confidence can feel more important than chasing a workout that leaves you depleted.

Phit Physique offers live, online Pilates and strength coaching built around you. Nicole Gregory helps women create a practical, personalized approach to movement, with attentive guidance and room to progress at a pace that feels right.

This is not about pushing through or starting over. It is about building useful strength, moving with more awareness, and finding a routine you can keep coming back to.

Support for the season you are in

Training should make your life feel more possible.

You may be noticing that the routines that once felt automatic no longer give you the same return. You may want to feel steadier climbing stairs, more capable lifting groceries, more at home in your body, or simply less intimidated by strength work. Those goals are worth taking seriously.

Nicole’s coaching meets you with a combination of clear instruction, thoughtful progressions, and a genuine respect for what your body is telling you. Pilates can help you reconnect with control, alignment, mobility, balance, and confidence. Strength work can give your muscles a reason to keep adapting. Together, they create a fuller practice than either one has to carry alone.

A personal approach also gives you room to notice what is working. Instead of treating every session as a test, you can pay attention to your movement, build familiarity with the tools you use, and make adjustments as your needs or goals change. That kind of consistency is often what turns good intentions into a routine that feels sustainable.

Each session begins with the person in front of Nicole, not a one-size-fits-all template. Some days call for more challenge. Some call for more control, mobility, or a chance to rebuild trust in your movement. The goal is steady, useful progress that supports the activities, relationships, and independence you care about.

If you are returning after time away, beginning for the first time, or already active and ready for a more deliberate plan, you are welcome here. You do not need to earn your place by being flexible, strong, or consistent before you start.

Experience that informs the work

More than one way to support your strength.

Nicole brings decades in health and wellness and more than a decade teaching Pilates. Her work draws from STOTT Pilates, Barre Intensity, massage therapy, nutrition coaching, and strength training, so your sessions can feel connected to the goals that matter outside the workout.

  • STOTT PilatesThoughtful movement, control, and progression.
  • Licensed Massage TherapistA body-aware perspective on how you move and feel.
  • NASM CPTPurposeful strength work that meets your starting point.
  • CNCNutrition coaching that can complement your training goals.

What your sessions can build

Strength you can use, not a routine you have to survive.

Your sessions can blend Pilates precision, resistance, mobility, balance, and full-body movement. The focus is on quality, not rushing, and on choosing progressions that match where you are now.

That can mean building comfort with weights, improving the control and stability that support daily movement, reconnecting with your core, or creating a consistent practice when motivation has been hard to find. Your work can evolve as your confidence and capacity grow, without asking you to perform for anyone else.

You do not have to arrive “in shape” or know exactly what you need. A clear starting point, supportive coaching, and a practice you can return to are enough to begin building momentum.

Frequently asked questions

Is this coaching only for women in menopause?

No. This coaching is designed for women in perimenopause, menopause, and the years beyond, as well as women who want a more thoughtful approach to strength, mobility, and Pilates-based movement.

Do I need Pilates experience to begin?

No. Your starting point is your own. A discovery call gives you space to share your experience, goals, and any concerns so you can choose a comfortable place to begin.

Can we work on strength as well as Pilates?

Yes. Nicole’s approach combines Pilates precision with purposeful strength work, using the tools and progressions that make sense for your goals and current movement experience.

What if I have pain, an injury, osteoporosis, or another health concern?

You are welcome to discuss what is going on during your discovery call. Coaching is not medical care, so it is important to work with an appropriate healthcare professional about concerns that need medical guidance.

How do sessions happen?

Private training is a live 60-minute online session with Nicole. Duet sessions and live virtual classes are also available, depending on the kind of support and schedule that suit you.
